We’re looking for a Junior Post Manager to support the post-production team and help keep everything running smoothly - from briefs to delivery. You’ll work closely with the Head of Post to manage workflows, assign work, catch problems early, and make sure things go out the door looking right and on time.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in editing who’s ready to step into a broader operational role. You’ll need strong technical knowledge, a practical mindset, and a sharp eye for detail - but just as important is your willingness to learn, problem-solve, and improve how we work.
Key Responsibilities:
Take in briefs, set up jobs, assign tasks, and communicate clearly with the post team
Check that edits meet the brief, reflect brand/client expectations, and are ready for review
Manage internal and client feedback cycles and keep delivery on track
Handle final exports, uploads, and basic versioning for delivery
Support the team with technical issues (software bugs, troubleshooting, config problems)
Flag weak points in workflow and help implement smarter, cleaner systems
Maintain storage hygiene - help manage the server and archive projects properly
Ensure cue sheets, shot lists, and other metadata are delivered accurately when needed
Keep up with industry tools and best practices and share learnings with the team
Requirements:
Background in post-production (editing, assistant editing, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and audio tools like Avid or Pro Tools
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel to manage information
Good communicator, calm under pressure, and reliable with follow-through
Detail-oriented and well-organised - you don’t let things slip
Curious, methodical, and always looking for better ways to work
At Iconic, we back people who take initiative and care about doing things properly. If you’re ready to move beyond editing into a role where you can shape process, help a creative team do their best work, and build the habits of a great post manager - we’d like to hear from you.
