Filmmaker John Favreu and Disney revealed some behind the scenes insights into how they achieved the scale and epic scope of the new Star Wars saga series with the constraints of delivering a film quality over the entire 8 episode stretch. Thanks to the recent breakthroughs from in-game engine technology, the team essentially cut out most of the post-production phase and helped them focus on creative decisions.
