Being an experienced motion graphics animator and editor means that Matt is like the Dian Fossey of production managers: he knows the work so well because he’s lived and studied and been the work. Are we getting carried away with this metaphor? Probably. Matt is some sort of spreadsheet alchemist, able to create time-tracking formulas and complicated feats of sheer wizardry, and all with an ever-present smile and chuckle.
